Oliver Stone Home hopes you love your item(s), but we also understand if you wish to make a return. Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that all sale and vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Vintage Items

Please note our vintage items have been previously loved and may have imperfections showing signs of age and wear. Please review the item photo(s) and description. Imperfections are inherent to all vintage items. Vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy Terms

  • Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping. 
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
  • If an order requires a lead time greater than 7 days you will be notified.
  • We offer shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states.

Return Policy Terms

  • Item(s) must be in new condition in the original packaging with tags attached. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted for all items returned. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive your item(s) we will process your return and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
  • No exchanges. Item(s) must be returned and reordered. 
  • Damaged, defective, or an incorrect order must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item(s). Please contact our customer service team at help@oliverstonehome.com 

Start A Return

  • Please contact help@oliverstonehome.com with your order number and we will send you a return confirmation.
  • Pack your item and ensure that it will not be damaged during the return. Items that are damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund.
  • Once the item is received, inspected, and approved a return will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post to your account.
