Unlike standard grinders that simply crush the beans, this mill features a specially engineered tool steel mechanism that grabs each bean, splits it in half, and slices it into uniform pieces—maximizing flavor and aroma with every grind.

Inspired by the durable mills used by Greek soldiers in the early 20th century, the design includes a removable base for easy grounds collection and a robust, all-metal body made to last a lifetime.

Assembly Instructions:
The handle is stored inside the mill during shipping.
To assemble:

1. Unscrew the top nut and remove the lid

2. Retrieve the handle from inside the mill

3. Replace the lid, position the handle on top, and screw the nut back on tightly
