We’re excited to announce the launch of our new home renovation project: Chateau Valparaiso! After a long journey in search of our forever home, we discovered a hidden gem that wasn’t even listed on the MLS. I took a leap of faith, reached out to the owners with a heartfelt letter, and it was love at first sight!

Fast forward a few months—and here we are. In full transparency, this is my first renovation, and I knew from the start that I needed a professional interior designer to help guide me through every decision. That’s when I hired Ella, the owner of Element Design Studio. I first met Ella during a house tour in Grand Rapids a few years ago and was immediately captivated by her personality and contagious energy. When I later discovered she had launched her own business, it was a no-brainer to inquire her services. After our very first call, I knew I had to have her on board.

I’m confident this collaboration—combining Oliver Stone Homes furnishings with the wealth of knowledge at Element Design Studio—will create a stunning transformation.
